The deposit is non refundable. Payment will be forfeited if the event is canceled for any reason, unless the cancellation is made by District Luxury Experience.

In the event that the The District Luxury cancels the event, the following cancellation schedule shall apply based on the date written notice of cancellation is received:

​

• Cancellation 14–8 days prior to the event date: Client forfeits 50% of the total event balance.

​

• Cancellation 7–3 days prior to the event date: Client forfeits 75% of the total event balance.

​

• Cancellation within 48 hours of the event date: 100% of the total event balance is due and payable.
